Somehow, I manage to end a line in the middle of something which must stay together. Word thinks that it is a good idea to just cut it in between the ] and [ and continue on a new line.

I know the non-breaking space, dash, etc. How do I get a non-breaking [ and ]? Are ( and ) always non-breaking? How about { and }?
