Using Outlook 2013

I am using a company email but want my calendar and contacts to sync with my outlook.com account.

Email is hosted on mydomain.com server.
Calendar & Contacts are on my @outlook.com account.

I have tried syncing my company account to outlook.com but this only works marginally well.

How do I set up email and contacts/calendar separately without creating *This computer only files*?
