I need this to be done in MS Outlook 2007.

I’m planning to have faces of my team-mates in the email body. When the recipient hovers over the mouse over the faces, their names should come like a tool-tip.

Is this possible?! I tried using the hyper-linking option and the “Screen-Tip” button. Nothing works out.
