dilanrm99: Kindly don't post the same question multiple times - once in the correct forum is enough. I've deleted your other two threads on the same topic.

The first thing your friend should do is to try repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair). Don't simply try 'deleting' Outlook. That is more likely to cause harm than to help.
