Hi Marja,

Highlight all of the text and change the font to meet your requirements all at once.
If , for example, there are headings that are a different font size (or other attribute) you can highlight the first heading and then use the control key for each non-adjacent highlight, then change the attributes to meet your needs (release the control key between each non-adjacent heading being highlighted and after all headings are highlighted before making the attribute change).
