I get a lot of Junk Email.
I add it to the Blocked Senders List.
Then I Delete the Email(s) in question from the Junk Email Box.

I keep getting the same Junk Emails over and over.

Have I done something in error, see above?

Should I just not delete the Junk Email in question?

ALSO,

Receiving Email has recently, +- last three months, become a more lengthy process.

To receive say three Emails, wow, it starts off fast but then slows down to a crawl.

The first 3.0 mbs of 3.25 mbs is there instantly, then the other .25 takes up to a minute more.

Any ideas?
