Default Audible hum in background of Power Point Presentation

I've looked over this presentation and Googled the Internet countless times looking for a solution for this problem I am having with this particular presentation I created. There is an audible hum in the background (similar to the 60 Hz power frequency hum - but only on this one, not any other presentations I've created or I'd suspect a noise filter problem with my computer) throughout the entire presentation and I haven't been able to figure out how to get rid of it without having to mute all the wanted sound effects I've put on objects in my presentation. I haven't been able to find a single answer, does anybody have any suggestions or should I nuke the planet from space and recreate the presentation all over from scratch? Seems like that's the only viable solution, so if that's it I will post this solution to help the next person coming behind me not to waste two weeks on looking for one and just recreate from scratch.

What I could do is pay a Microsoft architect $100 an hour and have him or her spend two weeks poring over the millions of lines of code present in the presentation looking for an answer but I think it would be more cost effective to throw this one in the Recycle Bin and start over.
