PREFER GERMAN LANGUAGE but ENGLISH IS ALSO OK

Mein outlook 7 is not connecting to take the mails insinde. So i have to work with hotmail and Gmail from firefox.

Who can help me to adjust the Outlook.
would be really nice, as I get daily 4-60 important mails please.
