While it might be possible it would be far from simple. It would involve macros which might or might not work on the user's computer. (For me, this would be a major project but I am a lawyer, not a coder.)

What is it that you are trying to accomplish with this? For most of us, the primary reason to limit row height is to limit how much can be input.

It may be possible that you can accomplish what you want in another way.

Since this is your first post here, I am assuming that the recitation of Word 2007 is accurate.
