Default Creating A Keyboard Shortcut In Place of Using Mouse To Select Hyperlink Object

I have created my presentation linking about 20 slideshows into one presentation with the use of hyperlinks as objects. This is working well but I hate having to click the object each time and am wondering if there is a way that I can set up a keyboard shortcut that would automatically act in the same way as me clicking the hyperlink.

Ill survive if I have to use the mouse but I'd prefer not to use it.

Thanks!
