You can create an AutoText entry (in a template) that stores the content and then bring it into several documents by inserting AUTOTEXT fields. Everyone who opens these documents need access to the template which stores the AutoText entry.

As an alternative, you can use INCLUDETEXT fields in a similar way. This field requires that a full path is specified to the source file.

Both types of field must be updated (for example by selecting all content in each of the target files and pressing F9).
