I have two quicktime videos on 1 slide

Video 1 starts then 16 seconds later video 2 starts and both finish at the same time

If I enabled loop then both videos restart at the same time, is it possible that each time the video loops, video 2 delays for 16 seconds?

I've tried the rewind after playing but that does not seem to do anything

Any help would be appreciated
