Two specific emails open very slowly in Outlook 2013. All other emails open normally. The user has received emails from these two individual people before and doesn't have any issues. To troubleshoot this issue, we rebooted, ran a repair to Office, and deleted the .OST file. The emails opens immediately when using OWA. Both messages are very small too. The messages only have a few lines of text and no attachments. It is very strange. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
