Is there code for variable fill down in excel
I have fairly large, 3000+ row spreadsheet. Is there a way to have a variable fill down, where I do not have to manually go to each row with blanks and fill down the information just above the blanks. It is a list of certifications, some people have 1 certification, so no problem their information is fine. Others have multiple certifications, so their information needs to be filled down, in order to match their different certifications. I will attach a screenshot, in the example rows 1613-1627 have been filled down correctly, and rows 1628-1649 is how the spreadsheet appears before manually filling down. I appreciate any and all help with this. Thanks.
