Change Working Time window won't show all shifts

Newby here

My CWT window shows only the first shift of the day (8:00-12:00) but the Work Weeks are set up with two shifts, 8:00-12:00pm and 1:00-5:00pm. Where is the setting to make all shifts show in my CWT window? Thank you!
