Your Word installation may have a corrupt 'Building Blocks.dotx' file. Close Word, then go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1033\
and delete or rename the 'Building Blocks.dotx' file there. Word should create a new one when it re-starts. Note that any customisations in your existing 'Building Blocks.dotx' file will no longer be available. You may be able to retrieve them by opening the damaged one for editing.
