Default My Print View doesn't line up with the outline view nor does it line up with the Layout
Attached are three screenshots showing the problem. There is too much white space between the last three paragraphs which does not line up with outline or Layout and Paragraph settings.

The first section and the next sections all format correctly. Attached are screen shots displaying my problem.
