I am trying to change the Legend in my stacked chart to show %s, i.e. from .50 to 50%. I tried Format Legend, but I do not get the option to format Number.

The chart is linked to a pivot table. Is that my problem? I formatted the pivot table to %s, but it's not transferring over.
