I want the result to be somewhat like this

but I made this using two columns.

What I wanna do is be able to have one document on one side of the page and another document on the other side. It would be kind of like "Different odd and even pages," but instead "Different left and right sides," I can't do this with columns because one document will just continue to the other side. Is there a way to modify this?

Anything would be very much appreciated.
