  • You can manually add a page break with Ctrl+Enter.
  • If you are seeing four different headers, then you have at least one Section break. This is true even if you had no intention of inserting one. Inserting section breaks is one way (the wrong way) many people use to change what shows up in the header.
  • Display the hidden formatting marks to see better what is going on. Showing non-printing formatting marks in Microsoft Word
  • Also, look into using the StyleRef Field to change the displayed content of a header/footer without changing the header/footer in Word.
