i have been working on this all freaking day. i set pro to DL last night. server reset, DL canceled. Ever since that i have gotten NO help from M$, and im NOT paying $40 to talk to and M$ expert.

i have finished the Dl and entered the key, but when i click help it still says its a trial version. i have been told to uninstall all the MSO programs including old trials and the one i bought.

A: will my key work again if i do that?

B: how do i find all the files? i searched office and they didnt come up. but when i go to all programs i can see them.

please make sure your answer is right. i am tired and this is redicules. the server shouldn't have reset in the first place, and it should have just kept going once it did. i have lost all respect for MS. they have not made it easy to get help. my thread on the official MS help forum was ignored. please help me. and no BS.
