Default Colors in Outlook

We have in our organisation email boxes for users en functional email boxes (more then one user). We use that special to organise more agenda's.
The problem is that when a user is using colors in his own agenda also colors change in the functional agenda. That gives many confuses with the other users who acces that functional agenda in Outlook.

What does my user do wrong?
