I (Geek Squad) tried that without success Paul. But I think I learned something. The agent was successful with the videos and they all played for him. So I asked him to install Google Chrome in addition to my default FF. He did but we got disconnected. So I'm on my way to fiverr to get me and Chrome up and running.

I'd like to sincerely thank you for your suggestions Paul! Although my issues weren't resolved — I will at least come back and let you know if GC worked.
