In the example slide, the circle was set to shrinking to 40%.
If you want to change the amount of shrinking or growing:
- Animations Tab > Click Animation Pane (pic_01)
- In Animation Pane: double-click the yellow Grow/Shrink item (pic_02)
- Click the percentage (pic_03) > you get a window where you can choose preset sizes or fill out a custom percentage (pic_04)
And very important when starting out with PowerPoint: experiment. Click all the tabs and buttons, try out all the options, ... Have fun
