I keep getting a message from Power Point 2013 saying "Power Point could not finish creating video (name of video).mp4. Do you want to try again?"

Usually when I get this message I have to rebuild the presentation from scratch, trying again only results in the same error message. Apparently there's no fix for this. Sometimes changing the slide and starting over again works sometimes it doesn't. Most third party pptx to mp4 conversion tools are junk and result in less than desirable outcomes.

Any solutions here? I rebuilt this one and still getting the same error. It happens when saving to any form of video file, wmv mov or what have you.
