Hi

I am having a problem opening .docx file. when i am trying to open it, a dialogue box appears which ask for selecting a file encoding technique from a list given. I have tried one of the encoding method but after selecting a method the file opens with garbage characters that couldn't be read.

please help me in this regard. All my files are very important.
