I wish to use the report template but cannot find one using numbered lists. I want the headings to display the number at all levels. For example

1.0 Heading 1
1.1 Heading 2
1.1.1 Heading 3
2.0 Heading 1 etc.

I like the style of the report template and will also have a TOC but I cannot find a report design nor figure out how to have the numbered list display automatically. Fearing this is dreadfully easy but I just cannot figure it out. Thanks for any help you can offer.
