I have Office 2016 Home and student 32-bit version v. 16.0.7830.1018
Since I have a problem with Word freezing occasionally, I was instructed to update Office.
Updating doesn't work:
I do: Account -> Update options -> Update now - > Checking updates -> Downloading updates -> Downloads are available -> "Yes".
Now the pop-up window closes and absolutely nothing happens.
I never get the "You're up to date" window.
And - needless to say - the Office version is not updated.

Tried this from within all 4 Office programs with same result.
Anyone know what might cause this problem?
