Hi Jennifer

You set tabs in the List Template for each level 1-9. Then you assign your attributes in the Style set you attach to the List Template.

You should also assign your default tabs before you begin work on your template or document (default tab stops). If your default is 0.5 or 0.6 or 0.7 depending on List Style - 1.1, 1.1.1 etc and maximum width required for List Level eg 1.1.100.

If it is a TOC style you can set the tabs in the TOC style:
Modify >Format >Paragraph >Special > None First Line Indent or Hanging Indent.
In the right indent - set 0.2 if you wish the TOC heading data to wrap before the page number on right hand side.

You can modify the List Template tab sets for a table list to be 0.25, 0.5 etc. You can select the Table itself and set default tabs - eg 0.25.
