Default Can't print out MS office files with HP color printer
Printer Name: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177
Windows 10
Office Professional Plus 2016 32-bit

I can print out PDF (adobe acrobat pro DC), jpg (Photos), and psd (Photoshop), but can not do MS word, powerpoint, excel files.

What I did.

1) run HPPSdr.exe (HP printer diagnosis and fix tool)
2) uninstall and reinstall printer driver

Nothing worked.

Could anyone help me out?
