I have made a time sheet & the overtime for night shifts at weekend's I have had to put in a formula for negative hours, this is only displayed has text or numbers.

the value in the cell is 6 & can be viewed has text or numbers, I need to convert this number in a different cell still has 6 but formatted has hours.
