I have two email accounts running on my outlook 2016 account. One of them has the add on 'action items' and the other does not. I don;t recall adding this at any stage but am confused as to why it is only one account

The one with the action items is an exchange server account and the one without is a pop3 account if that makes any difference

any ideas please
