The Enter keys not working in Ms word

heellooooo
in ms word 2003 the Enter button doesn't work !! when i click in Enter in my keyboard it doesn't go to the next line !! its only in ms word and only in my profile in the other profile its working !! so plz any one have a solution without deleting my profile
