Default Table Formatting and numbered list with Track Changes

Hi,

I have a word file here with track changes on. In the final view mode of the track changes I'm having issues with the automatic numbering.

I'm trying to delete that extra row after "frustrated". When I backspace the "end of row marker", my "Frustrated" is no longer auto numbered.

How do I make it the same format as the bottom table?

Any help is greatly appreciated I've been trying to figure this out for hours.
Why does it do that.
