For that you could use a Word field, coded as:
{EQ \o (°,B)} - for PCs using English-language regional settings
or:
{EQ \o (°;B)} - for PCs not using English-language regional settings
To get the desired result, superscript the ° (which is a degree symbol) and reduce the size of the B by 15-20%.
