Alignment / Justification of Text in Microsoft Word
That link shows you the justification and horizontal and vertical alignment settings in Word.

You may mean justification or you may mean alignment. Horizontal alignment to both left and right (Wordperfect flush right) would be done using Tab settings.

I've attached a sample document from which the screenshot is taken. Click in a line set up the way you want and take a look at the ruler.
