Logit, thank you for the reply.

But...it doesn't solve the problem as shown in the attachment.

The use of the VIEW | FREEZE PANES | FREEZE PANES or FREEZE TOP ROW or FREEZE FIRST COLUMN will only freeze those 'individual' items.

Freeze Panes - based on current cell selection will 'freeze' rows above and columns to the left of that cell.
Freeze Top Row - regardless of the cell selected, freezes the first row of the worksheet.
Freeze First Column - again ... regardless of cell selected, freezes the leftmost column of the worksheet.

What I need is a combination of things ...
- Freeze the top row.
- As intermediate heading/separation lines scroll up, freeze them just below the heading row.
- Other intermediate heading/separation lines will replace the one just below the heading row as they scroll to the top.

Please see the attachment in the initial post for an example.
