I created a questionnaire with macros in Microsoft Word 2010. It was sent out to our user group and those with Word 2016 are able to complete it but unable to save it. When they try to save it, it wipes out all their responses.

Is this just a bug or is there anything they can do that will prevent their responses being cleaned off?
