Recently, whenever I tried to start any of the Microsoft Office apps (Word, Publisher, or Excel), I received the following error message "BACKGROUND INSTALLATION RAN INTO A PROBLEM. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE STILL CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET OR TRY CONNECTING TO A DIFFERENT NETWORK" even though I was connected to the internet on a secured WiFi network.

Help. Is anybody experiencing the same problem and what is the solution? Thanks.
