Default Merging Multiple Files by Name, Date

Hi, I am a moderately competent Excel user. I am looking for help with a way to merge numerous files by name and date without creating duplicate rows. For example, I have a file that tells me Susie's (and 1000s of others') demographic information, another that tells me when and where Susie ate lunch for 5 months, another that says how much gas she spent get to lunch, mileage, make of her car, and another that says all the times she was late or on time to work. I want to merge all of these files into one large worksheet, with Susie having a single row, with each lunch day sorted by date, with info about lunch, mileage, and being on time to work for that specific day. So, in theory, it would say Susie, 1/1/2015, Jimmy John's, 48 miles, 1 hour late to work. Then, 1/2/2015, McDonald's, 2 miles, on time, etc. So, how can I do this using formulas or programming while not copying over duplicate rows, as each row says Susie's name and the date. Any help you could offer would be wonderful, as I have only been able to merge the files as a whole, rather than by specific columns by date. Thank you so much!
