Default Column chart, comparing shift production by day, week, month

I am trying to create a set of charts where I can track the production, per machine, across 3 shifts, per day, per week and per month (and eventually, per year).

Our weeks start with 3rd shift on Monday,

With the data provided, (spreadsheet titled "shift comparison"), starting with the first Monday, using a standard column chart, I need a chart that shows what each shift produces, that's the number in the actual column, compared to the other shifts. I'd like the date under the three bars (shifts) that represent a single day.

Blank spots in the "actual" column are actually zero's, indicating that we didn't work that day or that machine was down that shift. I do not want to hide that, it should be part of the overall equation.

Then somehow, show the cumulative output of each shift as it grows every day of the week, finishing up on Sunday, or the last day of the month, etc.

I'm not wedded to any single way of doing this, just so I can do it.

Thanks in advance.
