I am running Windows 7 with Office 2010. When I receive an e-mail with an attached link, I am unable to open the link. When I click on the link I get the error message, "THE OPERATION HAS BEEN CANNCELLED DUE TO RESTRICTIOINS ON THIS COMPUTER. CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR." This is a home PC and there is no system admin. I have looked every where that I can and cannot fix this problem. Thanks
