To adjust the size of the table cells/rows, right-click on the table and select TABLE PROPERTIES of the pop-up dialog box. Make your adjustments as necessary.

To upload a file (or, your table) use the "Go Advance" reply and select the paperclip from the top-center and complete the browse process to select and upload your file.
