OK. A later search in the web, with lots of time, I found a solution.

It happens that the above mentioned ASCII file is (for me) a easy way to maintain a kind of spread sheet where I can merge mechanical, electrical drawings and text, and also wasting few disk space. I'm currently still using DOS at house, in an AMD 486 (In fact I have 4 of them), and I resist to migrate to newer machines and or OS, because I like to continue using them. In other words, I strongly prefer DOS over any kind of windows, although here in the job, I'm using a XP machine.
