It should be present in Word's Normal Template. Assuming your document is based on that, it will be the document listed in the right-hand pane; otherwise, use the
Organiser to open the Normal Template. The 'Hyperlink' Style should appear right after 'Heading 9'. There is also a 'Followed Hyperlink' Style, which Word uses to change the colour of a clicked hyperlink; that should appear right after 'Envelope Address'.
