Default Return value base on two columns

Hi All,

Attached image is my data format.

I need a formula in column L to return the value according to column A and B.

For example, row 3. Col A = E1 and Col B =D then it should return value in "C3" which is 5.
Row 4, Col A = E2 and Col B = M then it should return value in G4 which is "8"


How can I write this formula?

Anyone can help ASAP? I need it urgently.
