Platform: Surface Pro 3, I5, 8 Gig RAM, 256 Gig Storage.
Office 2016 (64 Bit). Running the Office application (Not the Win 10 App)

About a week ago, began freezing, running slow. I have a large OneNote installation (2 Gig Cache, 16,000 files). Several notebooks.

Tried clearing cache (twice), uninstalled and re-installed Office. Problem continues.

Too big a database for my machine to handle, or possibly another problem?
