I have a video that plays, sometimes, in PPT 2010. It jumps, freezes, etc. so it was recommended that I play it using WMP in the slide. Got it done and it play very well but there are very large black areas around the video. I click to play in full view but no luck. When I play the video just in WMP it fills entire screen.
