Default 3 problems when I setup Outlook 2013 with gmail

I've done this numerous times, but have had to reinstall Windows, therefore had to reinstall Outlook numerouse times on two computers. I'm going to show you the first problem, because it's most annoying.

1. I can't click on a hyperlink and bring up the internet. I get this error msg each time I try it. I wish you could insert an image - but I've uploaded pics in order I'm discussing.
I've been in Options and went to Trusted Center. There was one publisher in there - Paragon, that's my backup software.
I checked the box to Allow Office to connect to Internet - Privacy Options.
The other change I made was to uncheck Don't download pictures automatically.
After making those changes, I restarted Outlook and I still get the same error msg when I click on a hyperlink.

2. The pic will explain it much better than I can. I have my 'Outlook' folders at the top of the email folders list. Then there is a Gmail folder with several subfolders under it. Then there are more folders that are Outlook.
The biggest problem is that the Gmail folders are being used for Sent Trash Spam Drafts and a few more.
Is there anyway I can move the contents of the Gmail folders (if I even want them) to an Outlook subfolder, then delete the Gmail folders?

3. I know syncing email with Gmail isn't what it used to be, but I don't recall ever seeing these syncing error msgs being emailed to me. I just took a shot of a few. Some of them just give heirarchy errors, some of them give errors about specific folders too.

I appreciate any help. I still have to add two more gmail addresses here, and also have to do my laptop.

Thx.
