Default simple inventory sheet "i think"

Hi everyone i need help doing this simple inventory, i really have no clue on how to do it. ask me anything about alarm and cctv systems and i will be able to help but when it comes to excel im the biggest dumb at it.
so i have already figured out how to add from cell quantity E, tech1 F, tech2 G and come up with total at total H, what i want to be able to do is if i add tech1 "F" x amount it will automatically subtract from "E" quantity and the same for tech2 "G" and show the total in "H"
Quantity is what i have in stock at the office
tech1 is what he has in there truck
tech2 is what he has in there truck
total is my overall stock
